This amendment project is to retrieve the insufficiency of the authority control, flow control, and review mechanism of the original system. Prototype system demo, test platform establishment, system installation, data migration and training are accomplished currently. Due to the delay for reviewing process of contract, the completion of the whole project will be postponed for two months, until February 2006.
